We have been using your product LaserVault Backup for over 1 year now. I am very pleased with this product. It is easy to use, and it has proven to be very stable. In the rare event that we require technical support, it has always been timely and professional.

Our directive was to encrypt backup tapes, and your product has allowed us to meet that requirement. In addition, we are backing up more libraries than when we were using tape, both on nightly and weekend backups.

Also, restoring files is much easier now, since we keep 2 to 3 weeks of daily backups and 8 weeks of weekend backups on the network before we purge older ones. When we were using tape backups, most of the tapes were taken offsite, and it was a slow process to retrieve them to restore files.

I would recommend your company and LaserVault Backup to any company looking for backup encryption alternatives. Of course, your product is also superb just to replace tape backups.
